Reconocimiento Award 2006

On November 2nd, Latinas Unidas celebrated Latina women in our community during the 2006 Reconocimiento Awards event at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Downtown Rochester.

This year, Trish Cruz from WHAM TV 13 joined us as Director of Ceremonies.

Agustín Ramos and Cassandra George, from Tango Café Dance Studio, delighted the attendees with a skillful demonstration of Tango dance.

The recipient of the Young Entrepreneur Scholarship, traditionally awarded during the Reconocimiento Awards, will be announced on the next ¡Soy Unica! ¡Soy Latina! Rally.
