  This year, Reconocimiento will be a Special Edition.

  Instead of our traditional community-nominated categories, the Latinas Unidas Board will present the Latinas Unidas Stars of Impact (Estrellas de Impacto) of 2025, a select group of women and organizations whose partnership has significantly elevated our mission and strengthened our community.

  Inspired by a red-carpet, Oscar-style theme, this year’s honorees will be celebrated as Latinas Unidas S.T.A.R. Award Recipients, representing the core values that guide our work:

  • Service – Community impact and meaningful contributions
  • Teamwork – Partnership and collaboration
  • Alignment – Commitment to mission and shared purpose
  • Representation – Professional visibility and integrity
